1. Burrowes Enterprises uses the terms client and partners to describe anyone who has employed members of the BE team members, partnered with BE team members or affiliated companies, downloaded BE resources, or participated in any of our affiliate programs lead or created by BE team members.

2. Burrowes Enterprises and our partners will treat Proprietary Information disclosed by Company as confidential and will safeguard it in the same manner that Consultant treats its own Proprietary Information of like kind, but will use no less than a reasonable degree of care.

3. Burrowes Enterprises and our partners will only use such Proprietary Information solely in connection with the purposes for which it was disclosed hereunder, and will not disclose, distribute, or disseminate Proprietary Information in any way, to anyone except as agreed upon by the consultant and the company. Upon discovery by Consultant of any unauthorized use or disclosure, said party shall notify Company and shall endeavor to prevent further unauthorized use or disclosure.

4. Burrowes Enterprises leverages trusted vendors to expand the impact and expertise of our services. All clients shall be made aware when services provided are by a third-party. Once aware, partners and clients cannot hold Burrowes Enterprises liable for any negative outcomes related to our usage of third-party partners, professional connections, or resources shared with our partners and clients.

5. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, neither party shall disclose the existence or the nature of the discussions between the parties relating to any Proprietary Information without the prior written authorization of the other party.
